At the August Board meeting, a 7% fee discussion was held by the Board. The thought was an annual fee increase was limited to 7%. After further review, the Mayor is authorized to annual fee increases up to Consumer Price Index (CPI). The CPI from July 2021 to July 2022 was 10%, therefore, an increase of 10% is allowable.
