The purpose of this special meeting is to allow the City Council to recess into Executive Session to discuss pending/potential litigation per RCW take approximately 2 hours. Please note, Executive Sessions are closed to the public

Motion to take action based on Executive Session
0:02 good evening and welcome everyone to the
0:04 City Council special meeting there will
0:07 be an executive session this evening
0:09 this is 6:00 p.m. Thursday June 11th and
0:12 I'm going to call the meeting to order
0:14 tonight's meeting is being held entirely
0:17 remotely the purpose of tonight's
0:19 meeting is for council to recess into
0:21 executive session a callin number was
0:23 provided on the meeting agenda for
0:25 members of the public who wished to
0:26 listen to the open portions of the
0:28 meeting
0:28 however the executive session portion of
0:31 the meeting will be closed to the public
0:33 before we proceed further I'd like to
0:35 take a roll call of council members in
0:37 attendance so please say hear when I
0:40 call your name

1:10 of discussing pending and potential
1:11 litigation for our STW 42.3 0.11 o paren

1:18 city clerk I know that we're have an
1:20 estimated time limit for this evening
1:23 meeting is there any issue with starting
1:30 off with a lesser amount of time
1:32 potentially an hour is there any thing
1:36 we should be concerned about if we are
1:37 expecting that the meeting may take up
1:39 to two hours I just want to ask that

1:43 speaking it would be proper or
1:46 appropriate at this time to announce a
1:48 shorter timeframe and then if additional
1:52 time is needed we would make those
1:53 additional announcements later

2:06 session I am going to recess us into the
2:11 executive session
