Review proposed Provide update on revisions to natural ICAP progress systems actions

• Obtain Park Board feedback on plan to update and consolidate the Park Rules and Regulations within the Issaquah Municipal Code (IMC) • Gather initial thoughts on key rules to be included in updating these rules and regulations in 2026.

To discuss an update to the Issaquah Climate Action Plan (ICAP) and seek input on transportation & land use related policies.

Staff seek feedback on the following additional actions to incorporate into the Transportation & Land Use and the Buildings & Energy focus areas of the ICAP.

Because the outcome of the June 8th conversation with the Committee of the Whole is unknown, staff request the Environmental Board remain flexible with this agenda item. We anticipate following one of the two options below for our
