Cemetery Board About Staff Liaison Created in 1983, this board advises the Mayor in Brian Berntsen, Deputy Parks & connection with the management and control of Recreation Director the City-owned cemetery, including perpetual care, Email improvements and expansion. Regular Members Membership 2019 – Randal Darst The Cemetery Board is comprised of five regular 2020 – Fred McWhirter members, with four-year terms; and two 2021 – Mara Swenson alternates, with two-year terms. All members are 2021 – Barbara Wood appointed by the Mayor and subject to 2022 – Karen Luecking confirmation by the City Council. Terms expire April 30 of the year listed.
