The Community Planning & Development (CPD) department is partnering with multiple staff Departments and their boards and commissions to integrate functional plans and incorporate their policies into the comprehensive plan. The Long Range Planning Division in CPD has worked with Parks & Community Services (PCS) staff and the Park Board (PB) to align with the Parks System Plan (formerly called the Parks Strategic Plan) with the Parks, Recreation, Trails, and Open Space Element.
