• Transit Oriented Development Opportunity Center (TOD) o Background: The Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Opportunity Center is part of a larger affordable housing project led by the King County Housing Authority that began in 2016 that aims to create a 10,000-square-foot facility adjacent to the Issaquah Transit Center, offering essential health and human services to low-income residents. In 2019 HealthPoint and Valley Cities were the providers identified, however in spring 2025, they withdrew from the project due to an unpredictable federal funding environment, leaving the space without an identified tenant.
