At the June 23, 2020 City Council Study Session, staff presented different water supply and water rate strategies (ID 0479). This option allows blending of discounted Cascade Water Alliance (CWA) water into well zones by 2021, thus allowing a temporary discontinuation of Gilman Well 5 pumping. The City Council provided staff with the authorization to proceed with design of the project at the October 3, 2020 Council meeting (AB 8038).
