CEMETERY BOARD Staff Liaison Kirsten Chapman, Parks About Operations Manager Created in 1983, this board advises the Mayor Email Kirsten Chapman in connection with the management and control of the City-owned cemetery, including Regular Members perpetual care, improvements and expansion. 2022 - Anthony Bolton 2023 - Randal Darst Membership 2024 - Cyndy Lipe 2025 - Jean McMullan The Cemetery Board is comprised of five 2025 - Barbara Wood regular members, with four-year terms; and two alternates, with two-year terms. All members are appointed by the Mayor and subject to confirmation by the City Council. Alternate Members Terms expire April 30 of the year listed.
