The City Council approved the Service Agreement with PSE for the Up & Go program to support installation of PSE owned and maintained EV charging stations at PW at the March 18, 2024 City Council meeting (AB 8802). Since that time, the City Attorney noticed some issues with the agreement approved by the City Council and has recommended the modified agreement come back for City Council approval.
