The City and ICC entered into a lease June 22, 2003 for the building, which expired Dec. 31, 2022. Per the lease, ICC has the option to extend the term of the lease for one additional term of twenty (20) years at $1 per year. ICC exercised its option to renew within the required time frame, and the City is agreeable.
