COMMISSIONER OLINER asked staff to clarify if there is a conflict between the section that requires an unobstructed pedestrian walkway to the sidewalk or public right-of-way versus driveways.
The front door must be directed toward the driveway if the developer does not design a specific pathway from the front door to the adjacent right-of-way.
