This project will replace damaged stormwater conveyance pipes and catch basins along 2nd Avenue NW prior to the annual pavement overlay program. Work also includes installation of stormwater pipes and catch basins to alleviate a flooding concern along Newport Way in front of Gibson Hall (105 Newport Way SW). A map showing the project locations is attached as Exhibit A.

Holiday Inn Lift Stations Revisions Project

This project is the second of two sewer projects to be constructed in the commercial area in the vicinity of Costco and Pickering Place as part of the approved Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Pickering Area Sewer Improvements. The first project, completed in 2018, improved the Pickering Lift Station.
