Currently, Holly Street from 5th Ave NW to Issaquah Creek consists of a narrow roadway (about 15' wide) and a gravel shoulder used for parking in front of the school district building. From Issaquah Creek to Rainier Blvd N, Holly Street consists of sidewalk, curb and gutter on the north side of the street with no improvements on the south side of the street, which is the Confluence Park frontage (Exhibits A, B).
