The creation of a Housing Strategy is a City Council Goal. The first of four steps was to create an Inventory of Existing Housing to forecast Issaquah’s Housing in 2040. This was presented to City Council on September 27, 2016. We are now in Step 2, the Needs Analysis. Step 3 is Policy Conversation, and Step 4 is the creation of the Housing Strategy.
