The Parks and Community Services department has been completing an update to the 2018 Parks Plan. As required by the State Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO), city park system plans need to be updated every 6 years. These plans play an important role in establishing goals, policies, priorities and a vision for the city parks, trails and open space system. As demonstrated in the attached list
