The City updates its fees annually to account for inflationary increases and additional adjustments that need to be made. The 2026 fees were approved by Council on November 10, 2025 (AB 9083, Ord. 3120) and went into effect in January 2026. In the process of updating the online code the codifier noticed some fees and fee types were inadvertently omitted in the November update. Rather then handling
