Capital project ST 021 — design contract amendment for a new emergency access route between Sunrise Place and Sycamore. The route gives fire and emergency responders an alternate path when primary roads are blocked. Council authorized the amendment on November 17, 2025 and a follow-up action on February 2, 2026.
