Staff report:
Lodging Tax Advisory Committee About Staff Liaison Established in 1998, this committee oversees Tim Dutter, the City's share of lodging tax. Economic Development Manager Email Currently, hotels, motels, and bed-and-breakfast inns collect the City's 1 percent share of the tax Members to pay all or any part of the cost of tourism Erica Maniez, Issaquah History promotion, acquisition of tourism-related Museums facilities or the operation of tourism- Pham Quynh, SpringHill Suites related facilities. Will Parkinson, Hilton Garden Inn Hamilton McCulloh, Greater Issaquah Membership Chamber of Commerce Under state law, the committee's members Paul Winterstein, Councilmember consist of members from businesses that collect the tax, members involved in activities eligible for lodging tax revenue, and an elected City official, who leads the committee. Meetings Meetings are scheduled as necessary.
