Human Services Commission About Staff Liaison Created in 2007, this commission advises the David Fujimoto, Mayor and City Council on matters concerning Office of Sustainability Director human services planning and funding. Healthy Community Strategy

In 2016, the City issued a white paper on Building a Healthy Community and followed it with a Community Needs Assessment. Development of a Healthy Community Strategy is the first step in implementing recommendations from the Community Needs Assessment. The Healthy Community Strategy is supported by, and will also support, other City efforts.
