The City of Issaquah (the “City”), is requesting qualifications from qualified organizations or individuals with a successful track record in microenterprise and small business technical assistance services. The City has been awarded $75,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding to develop and implement one-on-one assistance and group training opportunities for low-and moderate-income microenterprises (defined as 5 or less employees, including the owner) in 2021. This effort will supplement and leverage City investments in Startup425 business support efforts.
