timelines this year. It was decided that no major timeline changes would be made in 2016, but would be worked toward for 2017. Ideally, arts grant recommendations would be approved prior to the final budget approval process. In addition, in future months, arts commissioners will look at the program’s grant making guidelines to better align them to the strategic directions being identified in the current arts visioning process.
